This Building Regulations Principal Designer role has been created in response to recent changes in the construction industry, particularly the Building Safety Act, and presents an exciting opportunity to join a thriving consultancy during a period of growth. About the Building Control Surveyor Role As a Building Control Surveyor, you will be a key member of a close-knit, multi-disciplinary team, working on a wide range of projects across sectors such as residential, healthcare, industrial, education, and high-rise housing. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to offer expert advice on the Building Safety Act, oversee plan checks and design reviews, and ensure that all designs are fully compliant with building regulations.
