A highly regarded and ambitious law firm based in Bromley is seeking an Employment Associate (2PQE+) to join their growing Employment team. This role will involve supporting on tribunal claims, advising on TUPE, restructures, and redundancies, as well as providing pragmatic HR advisory support. The Employment Associate will also have the opportunity to get involved in transactional work and develop strong client relationships, gaining exposure to high‑quality and varied work.
