The Associate Quantity Surveyor’s Role
As the Associate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll enjoy autonomy and variety, delivering projects heavily in the Leisure sector as well as the Education, Commercial, Student Accommodation and Infrastructure sectors. From new builds to high-profile refurbishments valued up to £30m, your expertise will shine as you manage all aspects of the cost management lifecycle.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Delivering accurate cost planning, valuations, and cost reporting.

Leading negotiations with contractors to drive exceptional value.

Acting as an Employers Agent and managing contract administration.

Building lasting relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be someone who can hit the ground running as well as:

MRICS qualified with a proven track record in a PQS/Consultancy environment.

Confident managing projects independently from inception to completion.

Skilled in both pre- and post-contract services.

Experience in Employers Agent roles is advantageous but not essential.
