Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and client-facing Associate Project Manager to join the Manchester office of one of the world's leading real estate consultancies. As an Associate Project Manager, you'll be part of a high-performing team delivering commercial office, workplace, and mixed-use developments across the North West and beyond.

As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a key role in the continued growth of the Manchester Project & Development Services team.
The Associate Project Manager's role
The Associate Project Manager will manage a variety of fit-out, refurbishment, and new-build projects, often working with commercial landlords, blue-chip occupiers, and public sector clients. From early-stage feasibility and client briefing through to procurement, contract administration, and delivery, you'll lead projects with a strong focus on client satisfaction and commercial results.
Day-to-day duties include managing project teams, chairing meetings, monitoring programme and budget performance, and producing high-quality reports. You'll also support junior team members and contribute to business development as the consultancy continues to expand its North West presence.
The Associate Project Manager

Degree in a built environment discipline (e.g. Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architecture)

At least 5-7 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side project management role

Strong track record of delivering commercial office, workplace, or mixed-use projects

Confident with JCT contract administration and stakeholder engagement

Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness

Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards preferred
