The successful Associate Project & Cost Manager will play a central role in both project delivery and client management, leading multidisciplinary teams while providing strategic commercial and project advice throughout the development lifecycle. This position would suit an ambitious Associate Project & Cost Manager who enjoys operating at both a project and business level, balancing technical excellence with relationship management and team leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Leading projects from inception through to completion
  • Delivering Project Management and Cost Management services
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
  • Overseeing project programmes, budgets, and risk management
  • Supporting business development and networking activities
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the business
Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related construction discipline
  • MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
  • Proven consultancy experience in Project Management, Cost Management, or a dual role
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading project teams and managing multiple commissions
  • Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills
  • Business development experience would be advantageous
