An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Project Manager to join a dynamic and expanding UK-wide construction consultancy based in London. This position is perfect for an ambitious and experienced professional ready to step into a senior, project delivery-focused role within the residential sector. The Associate Project Manager will be a key figure in managing the successful delivery of multiple high-value developments.
The successful Associate Project Manager will work closely with the senior leadership team, acting as second-in-command across three significant Student Accommodation schemes, valued at £20m, £50m, and £80m respectively. This is a client-facing role that demands excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on achieving project success and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The Associate Project Manager will play an instrumental role in driving performance and setting standards across the consultancy's residential portfolio.
