An independent SME are looking for an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol based office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused Associate Building Surveyor to take ownership of a wide-ranging portfolio across the built environment. The role is well-suited to a hands-on professional who thrives in a delivery-driven environment and enjoys working across diverse project types.
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical services across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, education, and heritage properties. This client-facing role demands strong technical acumen, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to service delivery.
Day-to-day, the Associate Building Surveyor will conduct detailed building surveys, inspections, and technical due diligence reports. They will provide expert advice on defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and remedial strategies, as well as deliver core professional services such as party wall matters, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments.
