The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit, high-performing team delivering a wide range of £1m-£100m projects across the commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, hospitality, residential, and retail sectors.

You will gain hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employer's Agent, and Bank Monitoring services, while receiving day-to-day mentorship from MRICS professionals. With the Brighton office set to double in size, there's strong potential for rapid progression and increasing responsibility.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• A Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited degree
• Ideally 1+ years of UK Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
  • Placement year, internship, work experience etc
• Basic pre & post contract experience
• A valid UK driving licence & Local to Brighton or willing to relocate
