An established and highly regarded regional law firm with a strong presence across London and the South East is seeking an Antitrust & Competition Paralegal to join its growing Commercial and Regulatory team. The Antitrust & Competition Paralegal’s Role
- Supporting solicitors on antitrust, competition, regulatory and commercial matters
- Conducting legal research on competition, antitrust, merger control and compliance issues
- Assisting with investigations, disclosure reviews and document management
- Drafting correspondence, legal notes, client reports and supporting documents
- Reviewing commercial agreements, evidence bundles and regulatory materials
- Assisting with competition compliance, dawn raid preparation and risk reviews
- Liaising with clients, counsel, regulators and third parties
- Preparing bundles, managing deadlines and maintaining accurate case records
The Antitrust & Competition Paralegal
- Law degree, LPC or SQE qualification preferred
- Previous paralegal experience in antitrust, competition, commercial litigation, regulatory, investigations or commercial law would be beneficial
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Genuine interest in antitrust and competition law
- Commercially aware, proactive and eager to learn
