An employee-owned construction consultancy in Winchester is looking for a Project Manager to join its close-knit team. The Project Manager will manage projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior colleagues. This Project Manager role would suit a confident Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of commissions, building strong client relationships, and working within a collaborative business. The successful Project Manager will join a Project Manager team where decisions are made collectively, employees share in the success of the business, and long-term progression is actively supported.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will lead predominantly education projects across Winchester and the wider region, with additional exposure to sports facilities and other built environment sectors.
The Project Manager will be responsible for programme management, procurement, consultant coordination, contract administration, project reporting, risk management, change control, and stakeholder engagement.
