Site Manager - London - £60,000-£68,000 + Package The Company This Site Manager's role is with an established London building contractor delivering a broad range of new-build and refurbishment projects across the capital. Their workload covers residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes, and they have a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager on a permanent basis. This is not a position tied to one particular project; the successful Site Manager will move between projects as their workload develops. The Role As Site Manager , you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of construction projects from the groundworks stage through to completion and handover. The Site Manager will coordinate subcontractors, manage programme and quality, maintain high health and safety standards and ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications.
