A well-respected independent consultancy is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing London team.
You'll work on commercial office fit-outs, refurbishments, dilapidations and the full spectrum of building consultancy work.

Duties of the Senior Building Surveyor to include
- Delivering project and professional BS instructions across commercial sectors
- Assisting project leads without hand-holding
- Running smaller instructions independently
- Mentoring junior team members (everyone has a line manager)
- Producing high-quality reports and client advice
- Contributing to the London office's growing client base
The Person?
A technically strong Building Surveyor who can assist project leads confidently and contribute to a collaborative, sociable office environment.
The Senior Building Surveyor will ideally have
- MRICS qualification or 5+ years relevant experience
- Commercial fit-out and refurbishment experience
- Ability to run instructions and assist project leads with minimal supervision
- Interest in working across a varied project and professional workload
