MEP Quantity Surveyor - London A progressive London cost consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their specialist building services capability. Working across major residential, mixed-use, commercial and living-led developments, this is an excellent opportunity for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to become involved in complex, design-led projects across the capital. The successful MEP Quantity Surveyor will provide dedicated mechanical and electrical cost advice throughout the development lifecycle, working from early feasibility and design development through procurement, construction and final account. The MEP Quantity Surveyor will work closely with developers, architects, engineers and contractors, helping clients understand building services costs and make informed commercial decisions. This role would suit an MEP Quantity Surveyor who enjoys technically challenging projects and wants greater exposure to major London developments.
