A boutique London law firm is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Paralegal with at least 1 year's experience to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with senior lawyers and gaining direct client exposure from day one.

The successful Private Client Paralegal will support a broad range of private client matters while receiving excellent mentoring and clear long-term progression opportunities.

The Private Client Paralegal role:

  • Attending client meetings and taking instructions
  • Managing client onboarding and AML procedures
  • Conducting legal research and ordering searches
  • Drafting legal correspondence and supporting legal documentation
  • Assisting with post-completion matters
  • Liaising with clients and third parties throughout transactions
  • Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development

The successful Private Client Paralegal:

  • Minimum 1 year's paralegal experience within a law firm
  • Law degree and LPC, or currently studying towards the SQE
  • Good understanding of English legal principles
  • Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proactive, professional and eager to develop
  • Committed to delivering excellent client service
