The Role
- Supporting legal teams with the coordination and progression of matters.
- Assisting with pre-hearing preparation, including cross-referencing documents and preparing bundles.
- Preparing, organising and maintaining case files.
- Reviewing and analysing key documents for relevance and legal privilege.
- Proofreading legal documentation.
- Conducting document review and assisting with disclosure-related work.
- Liaising with clients, overseas law firms and other representatives.
- Coordinating and participating in international conference calls.
- Taking and drafting meeting minutes.
- Maintaining databases containing privilege information and legal advice.
- Conducting legal research and monitoring external legal databases.
- Providing general support to fee earners and assisting with ad hoc matters as required.
