A leading international law firm is seeking a Construction Paralegal to join its Commercial Construction team. This Construction Paralegal role offers the opportunity to support Partners and Associates on high quality construction matters, gaining exposure to transactional work, client advisory matters and the wider commercial construction sector. The Construction Paralegal will work closely with experienced lawyers on complex projects while developing valuable legal and industry experience within a highly regarded practice.

The successful Construction Paralegal will join a respected international law firm with a strong Commercial Construction practice. The team advises clients on complex projects and transactions, providing a collaborative environment with access to experienced lawyers, structured training and opportunities to develop technical legal skills.

As the Construction Paralegal you will support the Commercial Construction team across a range of transactional and advisory matters. The role will include:

  • Supporting Partners and Associates on construction matters
  • Assisting with transactional and project related work
  • Preparing legal documents, correspondence and reports
  • Conducting legal research and reviewing documentation
  • Supporting client matters throughout the lifecycle of projects
  • Managing case files and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with document management and administrative tasks

You will be an organised and motivated Paralegal with an interest in developing your career within Construction Law. The Construction Paralegal must have:

  • Law degree or completed GDL/PGDL
  • LPC or SQE completion desirable but not essential
  • Previous Paralegal experience or professional services experience advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and professional approach
  • Good IT skills and willingness to learn new legal technology systems
