Director Construction Consultancy

An established multidisciplinary construction consultancy is looking to appoint an ambitious Director to play a key role in the growth and diversification of their London office. This is an opportunity for a commercially driven Director to develop new client relationships, win work and build a team across the commercial, residential, hospitality and wider private-sector markets. The London office already provides the successful Director with an established platform, but the ambition is to significantly broaden its presence across the built environment. The Director will have the autonomy to utilise their existing network, open doors with new clients and shape the direction of the team. They are therefore looking for a Director who can bring relationships and opportunities from the outset, while developing a sustainable pipeline for longer-term growth. For an entrepreneurial Director , this offers genuine influence over how the London business develops. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
