Construction Solicitor

A growing London law firm is seeking a Construction Solicitor to join its expanding Construction team in Farringdon. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2-4 PQE Solicitor to develop a broad construction practice with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters. Working closely with Partners and experienced fee earners, you will advise a diverse client base across construction, real estate, development and related commercial projects. The role offers significant responsibility, direct client contact and genuine opportunities for career progression. The Construction Solicitor's Role Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts, including JCT and NEC Supporting construction due diligence for real estate, development and finance transactions Drafting and reviewing collateral warranties, professional appointments, sub-contracts and ancillary documents Advising on live construction projects, contractual interpretation and risk management Supporting contentious matters including adjudication, arbitration, litigation and TCC proceedings Conducting legal research and preparing commercially focused advice Managing relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, lenders and other stakeholders Working collaboratively with Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Dispute Resolution...
