Salary: £75,000-£85,000 + package, depending on experience
I'm currently looking to speak with experienced Commercial Managers and Senior Quantity Surveyors with a background in high-end commercial fit out, working for established main contractors across London.
These opportunities are suited to commercially driven professionals with experience delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects, premium office refurbishments and high-specification workplace environments.
The roles offer the opportunity to work on prestigious commercial projects, take ownership of commercial responsibilities and play a key role in the successful financial delivery of schemes.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Managing the commercial aspects of high-end commercial fit-out projects from procurement through to final account.
- Overseeing subcontractor procurement, package management and commercial negotiations.
- Preparing cost forecasts, valuations, variations and financial reports.
- Monitoring project budgets, managing contractual risks and protecting profit margins.
- Negotiating and agreeing subcontractor accounts and final accounts.
- Working closely with project managers, site teams, clients and subcontractors.
- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience working for a main contractor within the commercial fit-out sector.
- A strong understanding of CAT A and CAT B projects.
- Proven experience managing subcontractor packages and project finances.
- Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation skills and attention to detail. xgikmsk
