Façade Clerk of Works A leading multidisciplinary built environment consultancy is seeking an experienced Façade Clerk of Works to join its London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Façade Consultant / Clerk of Works with Façade specialism with strong construction-stage experience to work on live cladding remediation and façade projects across London and the wider region. The successful Façade Consultant will join a highly skilled consultancy team delivering technical, quality assurance and Clerk of Works-style services across residential, mixed-use, student accommodation, university and college schemes, including medium and high-risk buildings. The Façade Clerk of Works Role The successful Façade Clerk will work closely with the Head of Façade Consultancy and wider project teams to ensure façade and cladding remediation works are delivered in line with design intent, regulatory requirements and industry best practice. Responsibilities will include: Carrying out regular site inspections on live cladding remediation and façade construction projects Undertaking Clerk of Works-style inspections to monitor workmanship, materials and installation quality Assessing works against drawings, specifications, contract requirements and approved details Identifying defects, non-compliance and deviations from design intent
