A well-established construction consultancy in Bromley is looking for a Project Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with residential experience to work across a strong pipeline of housing and wider property projects while developing within a supportive consultancy environment.

The Project Manager will manage projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior colleagues. This role would suit a confident Project Manager who understands residential project delivery, can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and is comfortable managing programme, risk, reporting, and stakeholder expectations.

The successful Project Manager will join a collaborative team with strong local market knowledge and clear opportunities for progression. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will lead residential and wider property projects across Bromley, London, and the South East. The Project Manager will be responsible for:
