A leading UK residential developer and housebuilder is looking to strengthen their delivery team with an experienced Site Manager for a residential development in the Barnsley area. The business delivers large-scale housing schemes across private sale, affordable housing and partnership-led developments. They are known for structured delivery, strong site standards and a clear focus on quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential development, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. The role will involve coordinating subcontractors, monitoring build progress, managing inspections and ensuring all works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, Building Regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations across a residential development.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
- Monitor programme, productivity and build progress.
