A leading, multi-sector Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Cambridge office.
The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take a hands-on role in managing projects from early feasibility through to final account. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll lead on cost planning, procurement, contract administration and client liaison across a wide variety of exciting developments.
This role offers real responsibility and the opportunity to fast-track to Senior level, supported by structured APC training and a collaborative working environment.
The Project Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
- A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction related field.
- At least 3+ years of Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy or cost management practice.
- Proficiency in pre- and post-contract processes, with strong client-facing skills.
- MRICS or currently working towards
