We are seeking a creative and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver memorable dining experiences through innovative and consistent cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations and food production
- Design seasonal menus and ensure quality control
- Recruit, train, and develop the kitchen team
- Manage kitchen budgets, stock levels, and supplier relationships
- Ensure all health & safety, food hygiene, and legal standards are upheld
- Drive innovation and standards across food offerings
- Lead service and maintain strong communication with FOH
