We're looking for a passionate and organised Events Executive to join our busy events team. You'll be the face of Brandon Hall for our clients — guiding them from initial enquiry through to the day itself, ensuring every event is flawlessly executed and leaves a lasting impression. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and loves bringing occasions to life.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming events enquiries promptly and professionally, converting leads into confirmed bookings
- Conduct show rounds of the venue, showcasing our event spaces, grounds, and facilities to prospective clients
- Plan and coordinate events end-to-end, acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout
- Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, function sheets, and event orders
- Liaise closely with the kitchen, operations, AV, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Upsell additional services including accommodation, spa packages, catering upgrades, and AV equipment
- Attend and oversee events on the day, resolving any issues quickly and ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in the booking system and support the wider sales and events team with administrative tasks
- Help drive revenue by supporting the events sales strategy and contributing to monthly targets
- Previous experience in an events, conference, or hospitality sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident with clients at all levels
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by the events calendar
- Experience using hospitality booking or CRM software (e.g. Delphi, Opera, or similar)
- Knowledge of the Warwickshire / West Midlands events market
- Experience coordinating weddings or large-scale corporate conferences
