HR Partner to creative agencies including Brandon Design Consultants, Workhouse Marketing and Syn Marketing. Brandon - an award winning independent branding and design agency - are looking for a new Account Director with a love of FMCG brands to join our Manchester Team.

THE ROLE
As an Account Director based in our Manchester studio, your role will be to build and nurture relationships with key clients, strategically providing direction, innovation and creative thinking to activate their brands through the delivery of world-class design programmes. Working in genuine partnership with your clients, you'll take a consultative, insights‐led approach, and you'll have that special ability to translate business and brand challenges into meaningful creative opportunities. Brandon's way is "To Go Together". With the desire and drive to be a central part of our amazing Client Services team, you will also champion a collaborative approach to working with colleagues in Strategy and Creative. As a line manager, you'll also act as a coach and mentor to junior colleagues, empowering them to grow in their roles, too.
Broad knowledge and a love of FMCG brands is a must for anyone applying for this role, as is experience within a strategic branding or design agency, but experience in other sectors is also advantageous to support our agency's growth into new categories.
What we're looking for
