BRANDLABX is looking for a highly creative, culturally aware individual to help us discover talent, onboard them into the Yoslax system, and match them with the right brands within our network. The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying emerging and established creators, assessing their style and fit, and guiding them through onboarding to our platform – working closely with our brand teams to ensure each creator aligns with the appropriate brand aesthetic and receives the right assets for content creation and product placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Scout new creatives and influencers across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
- Match creators to brands based on style, audience, and visual identity.
- Guide talent through the Yoslax onboarding process (account linking, commissions, content guidelines).
- Support with product gifting, PR seeding, and content coordination.
- Maintain communication with creators and ensure they feel supported and valued.
- Monitor content quality and identify rising creators or valuable posts.
- Provide basic platform support and report feedback to the wider team.
The Candidate
- Strong knowledge of fashion, streetwear, culture, music, or creator communities.
- Experience in PR, influencer outreach, talent scouting, or content roles.
- Tech-confident and able to explain features clearly.
- Great communication skills and an eye for style and quality.
