Branding Science is a global consultancy led market research agency with headquarters based in London. We are looking for a PA & Operations Administrator to provide PA support and general operational administration including Office Management and HR.

Reporting to the Global People & Culture Manager, this is a varied and fast‑paced role suited to someone who is adaptable, flexible, and confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. The ideal candidate will be approachable, self‑motivated, highly organised, and able to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.

PA Support to the Managing Director

You’ll be the organisational powerhouse behind our MD, helping them stay focused, prepared and productive. This includes:

  • Diary management, meetings & travel coordination
  • Inbox prioritisation & follow‑ups
  • Expense management and approvals
  • Monitoring HR Toolkit reports
  • Meeting notes + action tracking
  • Supporting line management admin
  • Covering the EA when needed
  • Maintaining org charts & ClickTime updates
People & Culture Support

You’ll be a key part of the P&C team — keeping our HR systems up to date, supporting the full employee lifecycle, and helping create a great employee experience from day one. You’ll handle:

  • HR system updates & data accuracy
  • Recruitment admin & ATS support
  • Onboarding and offboarding coordination
  • Drafting HR letters & documentation
  • Supporting employee engagement, updates and team initiatives
  • Being the first point of contact for HR queries
  • Helping develop and improve HR processes & policies
  • Partnering with Marketing to support employer brand projects
Office Management

You’ll help create a welcoming, efficient and positive office environment — a place people love coming into. You’ll take the lead on:

  • Maintaining office equipment, supplies & vendors
  • Managing office merchandise with Marketing
  • Creating a friendly, polished guest experience
  • Organising catering, events & celebrations
  • Handling post, shipping & contact lists
  • Coordinating IT equipment, onboarding and offboarding
  • Managing the Asset Register
Health & Safety

As our H&S champion, you’ll make sure the office is safe, compliant and well‑run:

  • Acting as the H&S Officer for our Wandsworth office
  • Running inductions & workstation assessments
  • Keeping first-aid and H&S compliance on track
  • Improving documentation & record management
