We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join us. You’ll have strong digital marketing experience, be passionate about all things digital, and enjoy taking ownership of client activity while supporting and developing those around you.
Here at brandformula, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our Digital Marketing department for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to work across our industry-known financial services brands. This role will be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of digital marketing strategies and campaigns, creating engaging content, analysing performance data, and proactively identifying opportunities to drive improved results for our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Digital, Account Managers and wider agency teams, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and helping to maintain the high standards of delivery expected across our digital offering.

The type of work you can expect to work on include:
- Reporting into our Head of Digital, working closely with the Digital Marketing team, Account Managers, creative team and wider agency to deliver client retainer activity and campaigns
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day management and delivery of digital client accounts
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaign plans aligned to client objectives
- Drafting, optimising, publishing and scheduling content for clients’ social media channels and websites
- Managing and delivering email marketing campaigns for clients
- Uploading and maintaining content across clients’ websites using content management systems
- Monitoring clients’ social channels and identifying opportunities for engagement and optimisation
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Leading client communications on digital activity, including regular meetings, presentations and video calls
- Supporting new business opportunities and contributing to agency marketing initiatives
- Sharing knowledge and best practice within the Digital Marketing team, helping to support junior team members where appropriate
- Supporting the growth and promotion of the department, both internally and externally
We are looking for:
If you can bring some skills to the table, we’ll train you on the rest. Here’s what we’re interested in:
- At least 1–3 years’ experience within a similar digital marketing role, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing and website content management
- Experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns
- Experience managing B2B marketing activity, ideally within financial services or professional services sectors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients
- Experience using CMS platforms to manage website content
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media reporting platforms
- A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the ability to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
- Agency and/or financial services experience is highly desirable
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members is advantageous
