We’re a full-service, integrated B2B branding and marketing agency working with clients across the insurance and financial services space – from SMEs to global, market-leading businesses. With a team of strategic thinkers, creative minds, digital experts, and PR pros, we craft brands, ideas and campaigns that seek to move the needle for our clients. We work across the full marketing mix – brand development, design, PR, digital, exhibitions, websites, social media, and everything in between. Our Account Management team sits in the middle, collaborating closely with clients and every department across the agency to bring ideas to life and make great work happen.
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. You'll manage a portfolio of retained clients and projects, providing day-to-day leadership, commercial value, and help drive the clients' marketing programs forward.
You will be...
- A confident, talented Account Handler who’s passionate about delivering the very best for your clients.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
- A natural relationship builder and clear communicator, comfortable talking strategy and design with clients to craft a brief or working behind the scenes with a team to get the job done.
- Bringing a solutions-focused mindset to every challenge, along with excellent organisational skills, strong commercial awareness, and an eye for detail.
- Enjoying the variety of a role that sees you managing everything from fully integrated campaigns to one-off deliverables.
What you’ll be doing...
- Working closely with an Account Director and the wider team, managing an allocated list of clients – acting as the first point of contact and ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
- Project planning and delivery – from initial briefing, scope development and cost estimation, through timelines, resourcing, execution, and final delivery.
- Interpreting client needs into actionable briefs – working across creative, digital and content to deliver effective solutions.
- Contributing to strategy development – supporting your clients’ marketing objectives with ideas and smart campaign thinking.
- Coordinating multi-channel campaigns – including brand identity, advertising, content marketing, email, social media, exhibitions and video.
- Budget and time management – maintaining control of scope, timelines, and billing/timesheets, to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget to brief.
- Providing feedback and direction – guiding internal teams in addressing client feedback.
- Maintaining client relationships – earning trust, adding value, and spotting opportunities for account growth.
- Championing quality – reviewing work, making sure every piece delivered is on-brand, on-brief, and of the highest standard.
- Working collaboratively – bringing energy, empathy and initiative to every project and interaction.
What we’re looking for...
- An experienced Senior Account Manager with agency experience, or similar in-house B2B marketing background.
- Confident managing both retained accounts and stand-alone projects, with multiple stakeholders and touchpoints.
- Comfortable operating across all areas of marketing – from traditional channels to digital and experiential.
- A natural organiser – able to plan, prioritise, and juggle projects without dropping the ball.
- Commercially aware – understanding budgets, scopes and the importance of delivering value.
- A skilled communicator – clear, empathetic, and persuasive, both in person and in writing.
- Self-motivated and proactive – with the initiative to spot opportunities, solve problems and drive things forward.
- Excited to work in a collaborative, friendly agency environment where curiosity, creativity and ambition are encouraged.
