Ener Force Limited is a private, East Yorkshire based company specialising in Solar PV, EV Charging, Grid Connections and Battery Storage, operating across the UK. We are looking for mobile, enthusiastic Electricians to join our team.

Salary & Hours

  • £35,000 to £45,000 base salary, subject to experience.
  • On Target Earnings (OTE) £45,000–£55,000.
  • Five days a week, 40 hours plus guaranteed mid‑week overtime of 10 to 15 hours per week.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain electrical wiring systems, equipment and fixtures.
  • Install containment (cable tray, basket, box trunking, unistrut, ducting).
  • Install panel and distribution boards (125A to 800A).
  • Install cabling ranging from 6mm single to 300mm 4‑core SWA/AWA and beyond.
  • Perform full electrical testing of all installed systems and issue certification.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with BS7671.
  • Troubleshoot issues and conduct repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams and tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications & Skills

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
  • Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).
  • IET 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
  • Strong IT literacy skills.
  • ECS Gold card (preferred).
  • Level 3 inspection & testing certificate (preferred).
  • Level 3 award in Installation & Commissioning of EV Charging Equipment (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
