Salary & Hours
- Basic salary £25000–£32000 per year, subject to experience.
- Hours: 39.5 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm; Friday 8:00am–2:00pm.
- Holiday entitlement 28 days per annum.

Main Duties
- Support the sales team with general operations to achieve team objectives and meet own sales targets.
- Produce quotes and process a high volume of product orders.
- Takes orders via phone and email.
- Liaise with external companies to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Communicate internally important feedback from customers.
- Handle customer calls, queries and complaints.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a client‑facing setting.
- Excellent knowledge of modern IT systems and CRM use.
