Vehicle Technician

Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire. Salary: £32-40k depending on experience + annual bonus (£2-4K). Hours: 42 hours, flexitime (Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday 08:30-12:30pm).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to all customers.
• Maintain and repair vehicles, keeping up-to-date with electric vehicle technology and advanced features such as voice‑recognition controlled playlists.
• Carry out routine and diagnostic work in line with dealership standards.

Qualifications

• Full valid driving licence.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
• Previous automotive technician experience; preferably with an MOT testing qualification and main dealership experience.

Training and Development

During the first 12 months of employment, you will be trained to IMI Level 3 in electric‑vehicle maintenance and repair, ensuring your skills remain relevant throughout your career.
