Award-winning credit hire specialist law firm is seeking experienced Credit Hire Litigators to join their growing team. You are able to work from one of many offices around the UK; however, we are fully set up for fully remote working.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of a caseload of litigated credit hire cases
  • Responsible for compliance with court directions and orders and the ability to manage a case from proceedings being commenced to trial for the litigated team.
  • Ability to negotiate and settle cases / achieve best outcomes
  • Work effectively with the existing team
  • Experienced in using a case management and diary system

Salary & Benefits:

Salary will depend on experience but likely fall in the £35-45k basic range. Bonuses can add between £6,000-£18,000 per year on top depending on performance.
