This is a newly created role due to growth and presents an exciting opportunity for someone to make a significant impact! The role will involve: Day-to-day management of a sales-based claims team Assessing and improving processes and team performance Overseeing staff recruitment, training, and retention Managing the integration and training of an offshore out-of-hours function Working hours are flexible within a regular week , typically between 8am-8pm .
