Role Description: Pricing tooling, insight & change to a high-growth brand across the US to a global FMCG portfolio deliver greater impact, with a particular focus on ensuring Marketing & Brand measurement for Global FMCG brand in the US. You will join a high-impact, growing challenger specialist that routinely wins & replaces large consultancies with its innovative mix of software & deep category knowledge.
In this role you will:
- Lead end-to-end RGM consulting projects for FMCG clients across categories in their Top 10 markets Globally.
- Facilitate client workshops, diagnose performance gaps, and define RGM priorities.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Build RGM frameworks across: Pricing strategy (everyday pricing, pack-price architecture).
- Conduct elasticity modeling, mix analysis, and promotional effectiveness assessments.
Data & Insights:
- Lead analysis of client offtake, Nielsen, GfK, IRI, retailer EPOS, and financial data.
- Leverage BrandDelta’s unique Price & Promotion measurement tools in real world cases.
- Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for commercial teams.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and RGM tracking tools where necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with client teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category, and Supply Chain to embed RGM levers.
- Support change management and capability-building initiatives.
- Partner with internal analysts, consultants, and data science teams.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, junior analysts, and client expectations.
- Ensure high-quality outputs and analytical accuracy.
- Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and best-practice toolkits.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry with experience in sales dynamics and GTN structuring is a must.
- Sales expertise: Critical understanding of sales dynamics and the construction of Gross-to-Net models, with a focus on optimizing revenue and minimizing losses.
- Solid grasp of P&L mechanics and their impact on revenue management.
- Familiarity with descriptive statistics and decision-making tools that drive efficient pricing and promotion strategies.
- Ability to challenge and influence internal stakeholders, driving collaboration between markets.
Nice to Have’s:
- RGM / NRM delivery and understanding how to best.
- International experience – working across markets and cultures, navigating matrix organisations.
- Strong client network in field of MSE & Brand.
