- Help build reproducible data pipelines (in collaboration with engineers and scientists) using best practices for scaling across markets.
- Translate technical results into clear, commercially relevant insights.
- Partner with client teams (Marketing, Digital, RGM, Commercial Finance) to guide spend planning and scenario development.
- Support the creation of client deliverables (presentations, reports, live tool walkthroughs).
- Work with product managers, data scientists and optimisation engineers to integrate MMM outputs into our real‑time Optimiser and LiveEquity platform.
- Help shape modelling standards and frameworks for multi‑market scalability.
- Participate in innovation initiatives - e.g., automation of MMM pipelines, integration of new data sources, or enhancements to uplift functions.
- Provide guidance and technical mentorship to analysts and junior econometricians.
- Help develop internal modelling playbooks, templates, and best practices.
- 7–15 years of hands‑on MMM / econometrics experience, ideally in a consultancy, media agency, or analytics‑led organisation.
- Proven expertise in building MMM models with proficiency in various modelling techniques (regression, Bayesian, ML etc).
- Strong knowledge of saturation response functions, diagnostics and model validation techniques, and practical understanding of media measurement, marketing planning, and commercial performance KPIs (Inc. Revenue, elasticity, contribution).
- Experience working with very large datasets (>10M rows, multi‑year, multi‑touchpoint).
- Ability to explain complex econometric concepts in simple, business‑friendly language.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and commercial audiences.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple markets and clients simultaneously.
- A builder mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, innovation, and developing new capabilities from the ground up.
- Familiarity with consumer goods categories, retail environments, or regulated industries.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring modelling teams.
- Experience integrating MMM outputs into optimisation or simulation tools.
- Exposure to ML MMM frameworks and automated model pipelines.
- Ability to write production‑grade code, including documentation, reproducibility, and testing.
- Career Acceleration - Fast growth with many opportunities both in the AI‑led software and business domains, with board‑level clients.
