You'll be at the forefront of protecting and evolving the legacy of one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands, working with vehicles that represent decades of craftsmanship and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • As Senior Manager - Heritage Operations, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Heritage service and restoration function.
  • Oversee complex, long-term restoration projects and drive commercial performance.
  • Ensure exceptional quality, customer experience, and sustainable business growth.
  • Lead and develop a highly skilled team, setting clear expectations and creating an environment for optimal performance.
  • Stay close to the operation, visible, involved, and ready to step in where needed.
  • Ensure the highest standards are consistently delivered, building strong relationships with heritage customers.
  • Deliver against revenue and profit targets, using data and KPIs to drive performance.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow the Heritage offering.
  • Work closely with marketing to shape how Heritage is presented across digital channels and events.
