Brand Your is a fast-growing custom packaging company, empowering businesses to stand out from the crowd and be unforgettable. We work with thousands of leading UK hospitality brands - from Gail’s and Blank Street to It’s Bagels and Atis - providing high quality, accessible & affordable packaging that delivers a memorable brand experience. As we enter a major growth phase, we’re looking for a tech-native Operations Executive to help scale our infrastructure.

You will join the engine room - optimising our supply chain, building out and improving our technical systems & processes and ensuring that every order moves seamlessly from factory to the end customer. We’re a team of ambitious go-getters who value curiosity, dependability and resourcefulness.

The Role

We are looking for a sharp, tech-native Operations Executive to become the "digital architect" of our operations. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of Systems (RevOps) and Production. You won’t just be running the machine; you will be helping us rebuild it to run faster. You will act as the right hand to the Head of Operations, gaining exposure to the entire operational backbone of a fast-growing business. The mission is simple: keep our data clean, systems automated and physical products moving. This position blends technical systems ownership with real-world problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master & Maintain our Tech Stack: Become the internal expert on our systems (HubSpot, etc.). You will administer the system day-to-day, ensuring data integrity and acting as a guardian of our "single source of truth."
  • Build & Deploy Automations: Work with the Head of Operations to identify "manual friction" and design low-code solutions (using Zapier, N8n, or HubSpot Workflows) to streamline how information moves through the business.
  • Drive Intelligence: Build and maintain reporting dashboards that unlock key operational insights, enabling the wider team to make better, data-driven decisions.
  • Troubleshoot & Fix: Act as the first line of defence for system incidents. You’ll diagnose root causes and work to identify or implement long-term fixes rather than temporary patches.
  • Manage the Physical Product: Act as the main point of contact for manufacturing partners. You will manage the full order lifecycle from placement to final delivery.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Proactively monitor production timelines and help to build out supplier performance metrics to ensure orders are on schedule and service levels are met.
  • Solve High-Stakes Problems: Manage and resolve supply chain issues, including delays or quality defects. You will liaise directly with factories to determine the root cause of errors and work to achieve a resolution.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate customer complaints related to product quality or delivery and coordinate the necessary response with internal teams to ensure client happiness/success.

About you:

  • Tech-Native: You are comfortable picking up new software quickly. Experience with building automations within low/no code environments (bonus if you have build automations that involve custom code). Experience with HubSpot, Zapier/Make/N8n, or Airtable/Google Sheets is a major plus.
  • Analytically Minded: You are process-driven and take pride in accuracy, whether that’s in a CRM pipeline or a production schedule.
  • Human first approach: You aren’t "too technical to talk." You are comfortable picking up the phone to a supplier or customer to solve a problem that an email can’t fix.
  • Ambitious Generalist: You might come from a Logistics, Admin, or Tech background - what matters is that you are hungry to learn, adaptable and ready to take ownership.
