As we enter a major growth phase, we’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive our daily output. We’re a team of ambitious go-getters who value creativity, proactivity and a "do-er" with a creative spark to take ownership of our marketing execution.
You will plan and deliver a marketing calendar that taps into our incredible client base of hospitality brands, creating original content (blogs, newsletters, product launches) while empowering our customers to generate the organic content that fuels our growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver the marketing calendar, ensuring all posts, emails and updates go out on schedule.
- Write and build regular monthly newsletters, blogs and product update emails.
- Work alongside commercial teams on new product & features, developing content and marketing strategies to maximise performance.
- Assist the social team with content scheduling and basic asset management.
- Manage the operational side of product launches (updating site copy, checking links, scheduling emails).
- Liaise with our customer base of hospitality brands (via email/social) to encourage user-generated content (UGC).
- Manage the collection and organisation of UGC for use in ads and social media.
- Build relationships with customers to generate reviews and case studies.
- Manage the ongoing relationship with our paid ad/marketing agency.
- Regularly review performance numbers (CPA, ROAS, Spend) to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure the agency is supplied with a constant stream of creative assets and information.
