This is a full-time Operations Manager role based in our London office, reporting to our Head of Operations. You'll build the systems and processes this business runs on, and you'll be the person the team comes to when something needs designing, building or joining up. You'll work closely with sales, marketing and account management, owning your own projects and working to build the team what they need to grow: the reporting and dashboards that show what's actually happening, automations that take manual work off their plate and the systems that connect our CRM to our platform. We're a lean team growing and scaling fast, moving into new markets. The remit is broad and you'd have a direct impact on how the business runs.
What you’ll do:
- Support the commercial teams by sitting with our sales reps and account managers, understanding how they work and designing the changes that help accelerate revenue and growth.
- Shape how information moves between our systems, which include HubSpot and a custom e-commerce platform.
- Build and maintain the reporting infrastructure for the commercial teams, spotting patterns and trends in the business.
- Help us forecast where we'll land before we get there, identifying risks and tracking against targets.
- Improve processes that break by taking the end-to-end journey from order through proofing, production and fulfilment.
- Run cross-functional projects end to end: scope them, get sign-off, drive them, land them, hand them over to teams.
- Automate repetitive manual work across the business, building straightforward solutions yourself and collaborating with our Head of Operations for more complex builds.
- Adapt to the shifting priorities of a lean team.
Key skills and experience:
- 3–6 years in business operations, strategy, revenue or commercial operations, operations management, or a chief-of-staff style role.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to ask insightful questions to uncover real problems.
- Systems-minded with comfort in using tools like CRMs, spreadsheets, and automation platforms.
- Data literacy, capable of working with data and understanding its sources.
- Project management skills, able to manage multiple threads without dropping any.
- A focus on delivering specified outcomes within deadlines while seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Open to feedback and proactive in addressing issues.
- Clear communication skills with both commercial and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate changing priorities.
- Hands-on familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot preferred), spreadsheets, and automation tooling (n8n, Zapier or similar).
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per year.
How we hire:
- Apply - we read every application.
- 15 minute screening call.
- 1 hour video interview.
- Solution-design exercise: we’ll give you a real problem from our business and ask how you’d approach it.
- Final round conversation with the founders.
- References, then offer.
