The Role
Based at our London office, you'll drive new business growth - spending most of your time out visiting prospective clients and the rest of your time in the office collaborating with the team. If you love selling, meeting people, owning your own pipeline and contributing to the growth and direction of the company - you'll thrive here.

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business across hospitality, food & drink, and retail
  • Spend 3-4 days per week in the field meeting prospects, clients, and attending industry events across London and accessible UK regions
  • Plan and execute day trips to cities within easy reach of London (e.g. Bristol, Birmingham, Brighton, Cambridge). Occasionally travel further north (e.g. Manchester, Leeds) for multi-day field trips to expand our reach further from London
  • Conduct face-to-face prospecting, walk-ins, and on-site meetings with prospective customers
  • Run engaging in-person sales presentations and discovery meetings
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across outbound and marketing-generated leads
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager on outreach strategies and territory development - benefitting from regular in-office collaboration
  • Provide market and competitor feedback from the field
  • Consistently hit monthly and quarterly new business targets

Who You Are
1-3 years of sales experience (field sales, hospitality/F&B, B2B, or fast-scaling business ideal)
Proven success in prospecting, pitching, and closing new business
Highly confident meeting clients face-to-face and building rapport quickly
Comfortable managing your own diary and field schedule while working from our London office when needed
Strong organisational and self-management skills
Excellent communicator and presenter
CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
Target-driven, proactive, and resilient
A natural networker with a passion for hospitality, food, drink, and creative brand environments
Full UK driving licence preferred
London-based and happy to travel within the UK regularly
