As we enter a major growth phase, we're hiring a driven Field Sales Executive to own and grow our presence across North England and Scotland - regions bursting with opportunity and underserved by packaging providers who truly understand hospitality brands.

The Role

  • This is a fully remote field-based role. Based in Manchester or a nearby northern location, you'll be the founding presence for Brand Your in the North - building the territory from scratch across your region.
  • You operate autonomously from your home base, visiting London HQ occasionally for team days and strategy sessions.

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business across hospitality, food & drink, and retail throughout North England and Scotland.
  • Spend the majority of your working week in the field - meeting prospects face-to-face, attending regional trade events, and building Brand Your's presence across northern cities.
  • Use Manchester (or your home base) as your operational hub, with multi-day travel across the wider region as needed.
  • Build and execute territory plans to maximise growth across your given target regions.
  • Conduct face-to-face prospecting, walk-ins, and on-site meetings with prospective customers.
  • Run engaging in-person sales presentations and discovery meetings.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across outbound and marketing-generated leads.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
  • Work closely with the London-based Sales Manager via regular video calls and occasional in-person visits.
  • Provide valuable market and competitor intelligence from the northern field.
  • Consistently hit monthly and quarterly new business targets.

Who You Are

  • 1-3 years of sales experience (field sales, hospitality/F&B, B2B, or fast-scaling business ideal).
  • Proven success in prospecting, pitching, and closing new business.
  • Highly confident meeting clients face-to-face and building rapport quickly.
  • Thrives working independently and autonomously - you're a self-starter who doesn't need daily oversight.
  • Comfortable managing your own territory, diary, and travel logistics with minimal hand-holding.
  • Strong organisational and self-management skills - essential when working remotely from HQ.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot or similar).
