About Us

At Brand Your, we believe every business, no matter its size, deserves to tell its story. We make it easy, accessible and affordable for hospitality businesses to put their brand directly into their customers' hands through high-quality, custom-branded packaging. Our customers are independent restaurants, cafés, food trucks and hospitality brands who care deeply about their identity, and so do we.

The Role

This is a commercially focused, relationship-driven role at the heart of our Account Management team. You'll be responsible for turning first-time buyers into loyal, long-term customers. Growing revenue through retention, upselling and re-engaging lapsed accounts, no task is too small if it means doing right by our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively reach out to customers building the relationship from day one, understanding business challenges and identifying opportunities to grow, whether that’s now or in the future.
  • Use order data and customer insights to identify who needs attention, who is ready to grow, and who is at risk of churning.
  • Drive retention by staying close to your account base and anticipating their needs before they look elsewhere.
  • Identify and act on growth opportunities. Whether that's increasing order volumes or introducing customers to new products in our range, you are comfortable using data to identify when to reach out and what to pitch.
  • Re-engage dormant customers with fresh ideas and a compelling reason to come back.
  • Handle customer service queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Track your accounts against revenue, retention and product penetration targets.
  • Bring new ideas to the table, we welcome creative thinking and fresh approaches.

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine love of hospitality and independent business - you understand what these customers care about.
  • Commercially minded and with the emotional intelligence to know that the relationship comes first.
  • A hard worker - we are a start up and small team. You need to be willing to go the extra mile and never too proud for the small stuff.
  • Strong communicator who builds trust quickly, whether on the phone, over email or in person.
  • Organised and able to manage a varied account base without dropping the ball.
  • Comfortable working with data. Ideally you can point to a time you used customer insights or numbers to inform a decision or prioritise your efforts. If you're earlier in your career, then you're genuinely eager to develop this skill and can see the value in it.
  • Some experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a bonus, but attitude matters more than experience here.

What's in It for You

  • Join at an exciting time! Brand Your is growing fast, and this is a chance to be part of that journey, shape how we do things, and grow your career alongside the business.
  • Be part of a supportive, entrepreneurial team that welcomes new ideas and backs people who take initiative.
  • Regular team lunches and social events.
  • The chance to work with some of the most passionate and exciting hospitality businesses in the UK.
  • Hands on coaching and mentoring and the opportunity to work with and learn from the Senior Leadership team.
  • £36,000 - £41,000k OTE.
