This role is based in Brighton Marina and has a realistic OTE of up to £36,000 pa.
About the Role
- Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements, and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process, and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
- Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML and complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
- Ensure adherence to office procedures and policies.
