- Document with Photos: Take high-quality photographs to supplement written descriptions and provide visual evidence.
- Assess Cleanliness: Evaluate property cleanliness and note areas requiring attention according to the tenancy agreement.
- Identify Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to property owners or management.
- Coordinate Check-Outs: Arrange and conduct check-out appointments with tenants, clearly communicating inspection procedures.
