This role is based in Brighton Marina and has a realistic OTE of up to £36,000 pa.
About The Role- Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
- Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
- Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness.
- Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.
- Ideally, you’ll have had exposure to a University culture.
- Someone who is driven to succeed and reliable.
- You’ll value integrity as a key value in business.
- A passion for delivering an amazing customer experience.
- Is naturally organised, diligent and a multi-tasker.
