As the UX Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our client’s website platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a holistic UX strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of UX/UI designers and QA specialists, fostering collaboration and innovation to deliver high-quality design outcomes. Through user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights, you will identify opportunities for improvement and streamline processes to ensure an exceptional user journey.

This is a true hybrid position, with the requirement to be in the office just once a week. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a UX strategy aligned with business goals and industry standards
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers and QA specialists, fostering creativity and quality
  • Conduct user research to understand behaviours and pain points, informing design decisions
  • Create user journey maps and flows, identifying areas for improvement
  • Oversee wireframing and prototyping for new website updates
  • Plan and conduct usability testing, making data-informed design improvements
  • Ensure quality assurance and integration of UX design into development
  • Advocate for accessibility and monitor UX metrics for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with digital teams on CRO initiatives and personalised experiences
