We are working exclusively on this newly-created position that will play a key part in our client's digital transformation. In this role you will help accelerate growth and engagement across digital touchpoints including web, app, CRM, and social media. Reporting into the Head of Digital, you’ll take ownership of optimising conversion funnels, member journeys and engagement strategies, turning insights into action and ensuring every digital channel contributes to measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive user growth, engagement, and retention across digital platforms.
- Analyse and optimise digital journeys, testing and refining conversion points to improve results.
- Partner with CRM and content teams to deliver targeted, automated, and personalised communications.
- Lead performance reviews across the website, member app, and social channels, translating data into clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital activity with wider commercial goals.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and introduce tools or ideas that enhance online performance.
Your Background:
You’ll be a confident digital marketer with a performance-led mindset and a strong grasp of data and optimisation. Ideally, you’ll have 3–5 years’ experience working across multiple channels, with proven results in delivering growth and engagement. You’ll be commercially aware, analytical, and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders. Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp, and CMS systems would be ideal. Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and social reporting would be a real plus.
The Details:
Hybrid role based in Ipswich (three days per week on site). Salary between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on experience.
