Job Description:

Are you a digital dynamo with a flair for social media? We\’re looking for a Social Media and Digital Executive to join our client\’s innovative and fast-paced team. If you have a passion for creating engaging content and driving online presence, this role is perfect for you! You\’ll be working in a close-knit team whilst interacting with a host of external suppliers and affiliates, so you\’ll also be comfortable leaping on the phone to troubleshoot any issues.

The role suits someone who has carved out an impressive niche in successfully utilising social channels to build a brand or develop awareness, as well as overseen email campaigns and created content for both. Exposure to website management via CMS platforms will also be a welcome string to your bow, and the ability to drill down, analyse and interpret data is a plus too!

No two days will be the same, and you\’ll be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get involved in other ad hoc projects with your team as well as the core aspects of the role. These core aspects are:

  • Management of social media channels, primarily Facebook and Instagram, liaising with followers
  • Overseeing and assisting affiliates with social activity
  • Use of CRM system to help marketing activity
  • Updating and editing websites using CMS
  • Creating content for use on social channels and for SEO
  • Ongoing competitor analysis
  • Keeping administrative systems up to date
  • Liaising with affiliates to support their social and digital activity

The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Leighton Buzzard headquarters.
